RightNowHelp is an on-demand gig economy platform designed to connect Seekers with Helpers.
The platform facilitates seamless posting, bidding, negotiation, and completion of tasks with a robust dispute resolution mechanism and secure payment processing via Stripe. Key actors are the Seeker: A user who posts a gig (task) they need help with, Helper: A user who browses and bids on gigs posted by Seekers. Admin (Third-party): A mediator for dispute resolution.
The App Idea
Seekers post gigs with job details, and Helpers place bids, view profiles, and negotiate via messaging. Once a bid is accepted, the Helper starts the job. The Seeker confirms the start, and upon completion, provides an OTP for payment. If disputes arise, the Admin intervenes to resolve the issue and fairly distribute funds.

The mobile app includes key features designed for a smooth user experience. The Home Screen displays available gigs and user navigation. The Confirmed Bid screen allows users to view and manage accepted job bids. The Raise Dispute enables Seekers to report issues or conflicts, ensuring transparency and providing a direct channel for resolution through admin intervention.
